About Scott Potter
Scott Potter is the principal and founding attorney of Arizona Property Law, LLC.
As a young attorney, Scott built his own practice in the commercial and real estate litigation groups of a mid-sized firm in the Phoenix East Valley. After just 4 years, he was managing the firm’s booming foreclosure department. Scott’s experience includes trials in the Arizona Superior Court and US District Courts, appeals in the Arizona Court of Appeals and Arizona Supreme Court and motion practice in the US Supreme Court.
Scott also developed a strong resume in advising national and international companies. He improved client relations, built business into new markets and maintained legal compliance. Scott served as global sales manager and general counsel for an international manufacturing firm. He also served as vice president of legal affairs for a national construction lien company. In addition he was the business development director for a premier litigation finance firm.
Outside of the office, Scott is an outdoorist at heart. He loves Arizona’s natural wonders. Whether he is backpacking, canyoneering, kayaking or running – he just can’t get enough of it. As time and opportunity allow, Scott has a goal to hike the entire 770 mile Arizona Trail in segments. He wants to experience what Arizona has to offer from the Mexican border to the Utah state line.
Although not a native to the state, ever since moving to Arizona as a young boy, Scott has always called it home. It’s the place where he loved being raised and where he has loved raising his family.
